1. DEADLINE: The classified ad deadline the first of the month preceding publication. For example, an ad for the October MDA Journal should arrive to us no later than Sept. 1. PLEASE NOTE: Ads submitted after the deadline date will not appear until the following issue. Sorry — no exceptions.

2. PREPAY: All classified ads must be prepaid. We accept Visa, Mastercard, checks and money orders.

3. IN WRITING: All classified ad placements and/or changes must be submitted in writing through faxing, e-mailing, or through the online placement form. We regret that we cannot take verbal ad placement or changes.
