You can now donate to the Michigan Dental Association Foundation through Kroger’s Community Rewards program by simply using your Kroger Plus card when grocery shopping.
 Log on to www.krogercommunityrewards.com to register your Kroger Plus card with Kroger’s Community Rewards program and designate the Michigan Dental Association Foundation as your charity of choice. The next time you make a purchase you will see “At your request Kroger is donating to the Michigan Dental Association Foundation” at the bottom of your receipt. If you not have a Kroger Plus card, you can pick one up at the customer service desk of any Kroger.
Sign in/Register, once you fill out the information, Kroger will send you a confirmation email; open your e-mail to confirm your account. Then Edit Kroger Community Rewards and list the Michigan Dental Association Foundation #83312 as the organization you wish to receive the donations.
To register a Kroger Plus card, follow these steps:
- visit www.krogercommunityrewards.com
- click on Sign In/Register;
- sign up for a Kroger Rewards Account by entering your Zip Code, clicking on your favorite store, entering your e-mail address and creating a password, and agreeing to the terms and conditions;
- go to your e-mail inbox and click on the link within the body of the account verification e-mail sent to you by Kroger;
- click My Account and enter your e-mail address and password;
- click Edit Kroger Community Rewards information and input your Kroger Plus card number;
- update or confirm your information;
- select Michigan Dental Association Foundation from the organization list or enter 83312 in the NPO number field;
- click Confirm.
To verify you are enrolled correctly, the organization’s name you selected will appear on the right side of your information page.
Remember, donations to the Michigan Dental Association Foundation from your purchases will not count until after you have registered your Kroger Plus card(s). You must swipe your registered Kroger Plus card when shopping for each purchase to count.
