The Michigan Dental Foundation is pleased to announce grant applications are now available. Grants are available for both oral health education projects and access to care projects located in the state of Michigan. The deadline for submitting grant requests is June 1.
Proposals must be submitted either by accredited educational institutions or by non profit organizations with a 501(c) 3 status. Applicants must be located within the state of Michigan, as must the proposed activity. The applicant must provide a formal request detailing their needs and program goals as well as report on their results midway through the project and at the completion of the project. The Michigan Dental Foundation is pleased to announce the winners of its 2007-08 scholarship program. The Foundation annually awards student scholarships to dental, dental hygiene, and dental assisting students, encouraging them to continue to pursue careers in dentistry, dental education, and the allied dental health fields.
