2013 Foundation Golf Outing

The 12th annual Michigan Dental Association Foundation Golf Outing will be held Friday, May 10, 2013 at the University of Michigan Golf Course in Ann Arbor.

Join your friends and colleagues for a day filled with fun, food and golf. Funds raised at the golf outing will be used to support student scholarships, access to care grants and oral health education projects throughout the state of Michigan. Registration is at 8 a.m. with a shotgun start to follow at 10 a.m.

The University of Michigan Golf Course was designed by Alister MacKenzie, one of golf's all-time greatest architects who was heralded by Golf magazine as "Golf Architect of the Century" for the first 100 years of golf in America.

In 1994, a multi-million dollar renovation restored the grandeur of the University Golf Course to the ranks of MacKenzie's other classics. The renovation included the return of original bunkers, improved tree planting and placement, construction of stately tee areas and an improved irrigation system. A new practice range was added to assist Michigan's golf squads, as well as a number of practice greens and sand traps.

Visit the course online for more details.

The cost is $175 per golfer or $700 for a foursome, which includes 18 holes of golf, continental breakfast, lunch at the turn and raffle prizes, food and reception following golf. To register for the golf outing, click the button below to download a registration form.
