 The Michigan Dental Association Foundation welcomed the various 2009-10 scholarship recipients to the MDA House of Delegates, who were then honored at a special reception during the 2010 Michigan Dental Association Annual Session in Novi, April 15.
This year’s recipients were Hannah Bahlhorn, Rachel DeBoer, Meghan Dubois, John DuRussel, Jerek Petrous, Bradley Stieper, Kelly Therrian, Heather Thompson, Nicole Toureau, Taryn Weil and Abby Wojcik.
The 2009-10 students were the latest scholarship recipients over the past 12 years totaling more than $100,000. These scholarships are awarded to students from the state of Michigan who are attending schools in Michigan in dentistry, dental hygiene and dental assisting programs.
