By using the Michigan Dental Association Foundation sticker included in the D-MMEX pre-paid FedEx shipping kit, your payment check will be automatically sent to the Foundation, which qualifies you for a tax deduction for the full amount of your precious scrap metal. The Michigan Dental Association Foundation is a 501(c)3 charitable organization, so all donations are tax deductible as provided by law.

The Foundation, in turn, will send you a letter describing your tax deduction along with the assay results.

Here’s how you get started: 

• Call (800) 860-2272, ext. 465 and request the pre-paid FedEx shipping kit.
• Place the Michigan Dental Association Foundation sticker on the application (on the Check Payee line)
• Insert your scrap metals and mail to D-MMEX LTD.

The funds received by the Michigan Dental Association Foundation are used towards scholarships, access-to-care grants, and oral health initiatives.
