The Michigan Dental Association is able to provide oral health information and giveaway items to help with several types of events, including:

• classroom presentations;
• community health fairs;
• presentations to nursing home patients or caregivers;
• national Children's Dental Health Month events; and
• oral health presentations to community groups.

All requests must be submitted in writing on letterhead at least one week prior to your event to allow shipping time. Upon receiving your request we will evaluate your request and create a package customized for your event. Please include the following information with your request:

• name of school, non-profit group or dentist giving the presentation or hosting the event;
• mailing address (no P.O. boxes) and telephone number;
• date of your presentation;
• age range (or school grade) of group receiving presentation;
• number of people in the group receiving presentation;
• purpose of the event or presentation; and
• specific topics you would like information on.
